Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to ensure you receive the full Puregressive Beauty experience.  We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals; following the grace period, we may not be able to accommodate the appointment, and the client remains liable for the time held for the service(s) booked.

Children are asked to be left at home, so that you can relax and enjoy the solitude of the salon. The salon is NOT a playground and has sharp edges, hot objects, and we would hate to have a child hurt themselves while in the salon. If your child has an appointment, they are more than welcome in the salon.

A credit card is required to hold certain hair appointments and a 24-hour cancellation policy is enforced with these appointments. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy will result in a charge to the credit card for the full service price.

Covid-19 policies are adhered to and required. Clients will don their facemask and sanitize hands upon entering the salon. There will be 15 minutes in between appointments in order to sanitize and disinfect surfaces. Because Puregressive Beauty is a private salon, (one appointment, one client), social distancing has always been adhered to since the founding in 2014. Our clients health and well-being, along with ours, is the utmost importance and is critical to preventing the spread of the virus.
